LIFTR

Community Guidelines

Last updated July 4, 2026

LiftR is for real lifters sharing real lifts. These guidelines keep it that way. Breaking them can lead to content removal, suspension, or a ban — see our Moderation & Enforcement policy.

1. Keep it real

Post your own lifts, with accurate weights and honest details. Don’t post fake, edited, sped-up, or misrepresented lifts, and don’t claim lifts that aren’t yours.

2. Be respectful

No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or attacks on others based on who they are. Disagree with the lift, not the lifter.

3. Keep content appropriate

No nudity or sexual content, graphic injury or gore, or gratuitous violence. LiftR is a training community, not a place for shock content.

4. Nothing dangerous or illegal

Don’t promote steroids or other illegal drugs, or encourage dangerous behavior. Don’t post illegal content of any kind.

5. Respect others’ rights

Only post video you recorded or have permission to share, and get the okay from anyone clearly featured. Don’t impersonate other people or steal others’ content.

6. Protect minors

You must meet the minimum age to use LiftR. Never post content that sexualizes or endangers a minor. Report any such content immediately — we act on it with priority.

7. No spam or manipulation

Don’t spam, run bots or fake accounts, or try to game the leaderboard. Don’t post off-topic content unrelated to lifting.

8. Reporting

Use the report button on any lift, profile, or comment to flag something. You can also block lifters so you don’t see their content. Serious issues can be emailed to support@liftr-app.com.
