LiftR’s designated agent for copyright notices under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2)) is Victor Hernandez, reachable at support@liftr-app.com. The full registration, including mailing address, is on file in the U.S. Copyright Office’s DMCA Designated Agent Directory.
Identify the copyrighted work; identify the infringing content and where it appears in the app; your contact information; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature.
We review valid notices and may remove the content and notify the user who posted it.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or you have the rights, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Accounts that repeatedly infringe others’ copyrights will be suspended or terminated.
